Yucheng is a combined entity of Beijing Sihitech Co. Ltd.(Sihitech) and Beijing e-Channels Century Technology Co. Ltd. (e-Channels), which were founded by two separate entrepreneur groups led by Mr. Hong Weidong and Mr. Zeng Shuo respectively. Since the official merger, Yucheng has grown to more than 600 employees nationwide, with a management team that represents some of the most experienced technology professionals in the industry.

Chih T. Cheung is the non-executive chairman of the board of Yucheng. He was the Chairman of China Unistone Acquisition Corp. prior to the merger. Chih brings 12+ years of successful China and international entrepreneurship, management and investments experience. Currently, he is the Managing Partner of Staples Asia Investment, a subsidiary of Staples, the world's largest office product retailer, that is responsible for strategic partnerships, investments and acquisitions in Asia. He is also the Chairman for Panthera Capital Group, a private equity firm backed by Tudor with US$200 million in committed capital to invest in late stage, fast-growing Chinese companies with proven management. Previously, Chih worked in investment banking with Goldman Sachs. He also serves on board of several companies: Shanghai Staples Commerce and Trade Limited, Mercuries Data Systems, Enjoy Media Limited, and Reliable Source Industrial Company Limited (an appel manufacturing company).
Chih holds an AM, AB, MBA and JD from Harvard.

Mr. Hong is the founder and CEO of Sihitech before the company¡¯s merger into Yucheng. Prior to founding Sihitech in June, 1999, he was part of the senior management of Secom China Ltd., the Japanese publicly listed based electronic security services provider.
Mr. Hong holds B.E and EMBA degrees from Tsinghua University.

Mr. Zeng is a founder and Chairman and CEO of e-Channels before the company¡¯s merger into Yucheng. From July 1991 to May 2000, Mr. Zeng held several senior positions in the Nantian Group, a manufacturer electronic and communication equipment in China publicly listed in Shenzhen.
Mr. Zeng holds a B.E in Automation from Beijing Polytechnic University.

Peter Li was the CFO of Sihitech before the company¡¯s merger into Yucheng. Prior to his joining Sihitech in 2004, Mr. Li held the position of Internal Controller in Lenovo Group, a Chinese computer equipment manufacturer publicly listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. From 1995 to 2002, Mr. Li held various positions in financial management field in Canada.
Mr. Li is a Certified General Accountant (C.G.A.) in Canada and holds a Master of education from the University of Toronto and a B.A. from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
