BEIJING, Feb. 15 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Yucheng Technologies (OTC Bulletin Board: YCHTF; OTC Bulletin Board: YCHWF) today announced that it will present at the Roth Capital Partners 19th Annual OC Conference on Wednesday, February 21, at the Ritz Carlton hotel in Laguna Niguel, California.
